Returns & Refunds Policy
All Sales Are Final
We do not offer refunds or accept product returns under any circumstances.
Because our products are food-grade and perishable, we cannot take back or resell any product once it has left our facility.
Replacement
A replacement will be issued only if:
- The item was damaged during transit, and
- The product is unopened and unused, and
- The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery, and
- Clear photo or video evidence of the damage is provided, showing:
- The outer shipping box
- The product packaging
- The batch number
- The damage itself
If these conditions are not fully met, no replacement will be provided. No exceptions.
No Replacement Will Be Provided For:
- Change of mind
- Wrong product ordered by customer
- Taste preference / product not suiting personal preference
- Delays caused by courier or logistics partners
- Orders marked "delivered" by the courier
- Product damaged after delivery
- Product stored improperly after opening
Statement
By placing an order with Inharu, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund, no-return, and limited-replacement policy.
We reserve the right to approve or deny any replacement request at our sole discretion.
Payment Policy
- 100% advance payment is required for all orders.
- No order will be dispatched without full payment.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
