Returns & Refunds Policy

All Sales Are Final

We do not offer refunds or accept product returns under any circumstances.

Because our products are food-grade and perishable, we cannot take back or resell any product once it has left our facility.

Replacement

A replacement will be issued only if:

  • The item was damaged during transit, and
  • The product is unopened and unused, and
  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery, and
  • Clear photo or video evidence of the damage is provided, showing:
    • The outer shipping box
    • The product packaging
    • The batch number
    • The damage itself

If these conditions are not fully met, no replacement will be provided. No exceptions.

No Replacement Will Be Provided For:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong product ordered by customer
  • Taste preference / product not suiting personal preference
  • Delays caused by courier or logistics partners
  • Orders marked "delivered" by the courier
  • Product damaged after delivery
  • Product stored improperly after opening

Statement

By placing an order with Inharu, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund, no-return, and limited-replacement policy. We reserve the right to approve or deny any replacement request at our sole discretion.

Payment Policy

  • 100% advance payment is required for all orders.
  • No order will be dispatched without full payment.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
